Harmonisation allows you to eliminate what is blocking, disturbing, holding you back, and emphasising what is your gift. It’s a kind of spiritual healing and it’s a process spread over time. Harmonisation can bring about subtle, perceptible, and permanent changes, giving you access to qualities that you think are unavailable to you, but that you crave for some reason.

Changes happen at a pace that’s right for you. During the harmonisation, you will receive from me “numerological exercises”, the consistent  performance of which is a key element of the process for which you are responsible. These exercises (written, repetitive) take 30 minutes a day for 2 months. After about a year from the date of harmonisation, we meet for a follow-up session – checking how, and to what extent the changes have occurred in your perception of yourself.

Unfavourable patterns are neutralised through “numerological exercises”, which work on a subconscious, energetic level. Harmonisation makes it possible to eliminate unfavourable tendencies, e.g. to self-sacrifice, and emphasises the favourable ones that we need to work on, develop and share with the world. Numerological aspects coincide in my experience, e.g. with the return of Saturn or Uranus in Human Design or in working with Ascendant in astrology.

Harmonisation helps in a subtle and lasting way in your  transformation to get to another level of how you feel within yourself and to live your life the way you want.
